ProspectsPLUS, INC. is a direct response marketing and management company based in Bradenton, Florida. Founded in 1998 by company president Jim Morton, it offers personal marketing and business development solutions for real estate professionals nationwide. We are a provider of web-to-print direct mail systems, small and large postcards, door hangers, folders, tri-fold brochures, just listed announcements, branded sales advice articles, in-house printing, and fulfillment services.
ProspectsPLUS! has differentiated itself in the real estate industry by providing content written for real estate professionals by real estate professionals to help agents and brokers streamline and systemize their business processes and marketing. We use multiple data management and demographic tracking tools that allow agents to create lists of targeted potential buyers and sellers to effectively match their marketing messages to the marketing segments they most want to work with.

In 2004, with the help of Jim Schimpf, Jim Morton launched the Opportunity Knocks division of the company to better service the needs of its customers outside the real estate industry. Since then, that division has segued into the online web-to-print portal as well to become Postcards for Every Industry.
In 2014 and 2015, ProspectsPLUS! was honored as one of the largest 500 companies from nine counties, including Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, Collier, and Orange County, by revenue. We also expanded the web-to-print marketing platform to include marketing tools for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and sales professionals outside of real estate.
The ProspectsPLUS! success story is essentially a tale of what creative people can do when they work together. In fact, ProspectsPLUS! is the culmination of the efforts of some of the most creative marketing minds in real estate. The combined years of experience behind every ProspectsPLUS! product now numbers in the hundreds.
St Jude. Committment
In November 2015, ProspectsPLUS! was honored to become a Business Partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with an annual goal to raise $50,000 for St. Jude patients and their families.
In August 2016, ProspectsPLUS! was honored as one of the Inc. 5000 "Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in North America" with a 3-year growth rate of 98% and revenue of $8.4 Million in 2015.
The company also produces the Master Marketing Magazine bi-annually to a distribution of more than 35,000 real estate professionals.
