Like MapMyMailSM, this service gives access to tax assessor data from more than 128 million deliverable addresses and allows you to market to a neighborhood or subdivision using radial/polygon searches or by pinpointing specific addresses. This option also allows you to drill down even further – enabling you to search by property type, property age, length of residency, gender, age and income level – all for just 8¢ per record. In addition, premium selection criteria allows you to search by specialty interests, ethnic descent and available equity (this increases the cost by 5¢ per record for the first select and 2¢ per record for each select after that).
