Billy is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He has worked and consulted for a wide range of organizations throughout Florida and has experience in Telecom, Customer Service, Technical Support and Network Engineering.
Billy's style of customer service is encouraging, positive, patient and makes difficult concepts easy to understand. His enthusiasm for technology and "down to earth" approach to resolving issues allows him to break down even the most complex concepts into bite size chunks and makes the service experience enjoyable.
Billy works with both customers and Production staff to review and approve print orders.
